Eylül Erşan is a young healthcare professional who has completed her education in nutrition and dietetics. Born in 1994, Erşan graduated from Başkent University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics (2020–2024).
During her university education, Eylül Erşan gained internship experience in various institutions in her field; she acquired competence in clinical settings, mass nutrition systems, and community-based nutrition counseling.
Throughout her education, she worked as a Trainee Dietitian at many institutions, including G-Well Healthy and Sustainable Life Center, TOBB ETÜ Hospital, Özel Koru Hospital, Nüxus Food, Başkent University Ankara Hospital, and Delight Nutrition Education and Consulting Center.
Proficient in research, data analysis, individual nutrition counseling, and patient follow-up, Dietitian Eylül Erşan aims to create personalized nutrition plans for her clients with empathy and communication skills.
