T.C. identity cards enable many transactions, such as healthcare services, to be carried out quickly and securely. However, in cases where a fingerprint cannot be read or a new chip identity card is not available, our patients’ procedures may take time and cause congestion. Therefore, the T.C. Identity Card PIN / PUK Code and Personal Message Inquiry process via E-Government helps speed up our patients’ transactions.

The e-Devlet system provides easy access for citizens of the Republic of Turkey to various government services. Checking the PIN code, PUK code, and personal message required for transactions with the T.C. identity card can be done in a few steps via e-Devlet. Here are the steps for how to complete the process:

• Log in to e-Devlet.
  After logging in to the e-Devlet portal, go to the “T.C. Identity Card PIN / PUK Code and Personal Message Inquiry” page from the transaction inquiry screen.

• Select the information you want to check.

  • PIN Code and Personal Message Inquiry

  • PUK Code Inquiry

• Select the person.
  Choose for whom you want to make the inquiry — for yourself or your child.

• Select the verification method.

  Two options are offered for the verification process:

  • SMS Verification

  • Verification with T.C. Identity Card Serial Number

• Enter the T.C. Identity Card Serial Number.
  Enter the serial number on the back of your identity card to complete the verification process.

• Click the Inquiry button.
  Click the “Inquiry” button to complete the process and then you can see your PIN, PUK, or personal message information.
