As A Life Health Group, the health and safety of our patients receiving treatment in our intensive care unit is our top priority. Therefore, in order to protect the sensitive intensive care environment and minimize the risk of infection, we meticulously apply the following visitor rules:
Visiting Hours and Frequency:
Visits are kept short and planned to last no longer than 5 minutes in order not to disrupt the rest and treatment processes of our patients.
In special cases, visits can be made outside of visiting hours with the knowledge of the patient's physician.
Patient information is provided to the patient's first-degree relatives by the General Intensive Care Specialist Physician on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 14:00-15:00.
On Sundays and during night shifts, the first information is provided to the relatives of newly admitted patients by the On-Call Intensive Care Physician.
Hygiene and Infection Control:
In terms of patient health, it is not possible to accept people who show symptoms of respiratory tract infection such as cough, sneezing, sore throat and runny nose as visitors.
It is mandatory to ensure hand hygiene and use hand antiseptic before and after the visit.
When necessary, visits may be restricted with the doctor's knowledge or in the presence of epidemic diseases in the community.
There is no need to wear shoe covers when entering intensive care units.
Only in cases where isolation is applied, gowns, gloves and masks should be used routinely.
During the visit, it is strongly requested not to contact other patients and patient care materials, including the patient being visited.

It is strictly forbidden to perform procedures such as image, video and audio recording in intensive care units.
Mobile phones should be silenced and phone calls should be made outside the unit.
