Bed Service Visitor Rules

Dear visitors, for the health and comfort of our patients, please follow the rules below:

Visiting Hours: Our hospital visits patients every day between 09:00-22:00.
Food and Beverage: Food from outside is not accepted for the health of our patients.
Child Visits: We should be careful not to bring our children to visit patients in order to prevent the risk of infection and negatively affect the psychology of children.
Use of Items: Patient belongings should not be used and patient beds should not be sat on.
Visiting Duration: For the health of your patient, be careful to keep the visiting times short.
Number of Visitors and Noise: For the comfort of our other patients receiving treatment in our hospital, it is important to be careful not to have more than three visitors enter the patient room and not to make noise.
Patient Privacy: During the treatment and examination procedures of our patients, visitors are expected to leave the room and show care for the privacy of the patient.
Hand Hygiene: Before and after the visit, be sure to disinfect your hands with hand disinfectants in the patient rooms and in front of the rooms.
Doctors' Prohibitions: If our patients are prohibited from visiting by their physicians for medical reasons, we kindly ask that they do not insist on visiting.
Warning Signs: If there is a warning hung on the patient room door during the visit, do not enter the patient room without talking to the nurse.
Bringing Flowers: In order to protect against infection, flowers with soil are not allowed in the patient rooms.
Smoking Ban: Our visitors are strictly prohibited from smoking in the hospital and outside the areas determined by the hospital management.
General Rules: Our visitors and companions must comply with the rules determined by the hospital management.
