Specialist Dr. Mustafa İşlek was born in 1969 in Gaziantep. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Adana.
Between 1988 and 1994, he completed his medical education at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa) and earned the title of Medical Doctor. Following his graduation, he fulfilled his compulsory service in Adıyaman between 1994 and 1996. Between 1996 and 2001, he completed his specialization in Pediatrics (Child Health and Diseases) at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine and became a Pediatric Specialist.
After specialization, Dr. İşlek was appointed to Osmaniye State Hospital, where he served for 5 years. He then served as a Pediatric Specialist for 17 years in a private hospital in the same city.
