Prof. Dr. Kemal Dinçer

Prof. Dr. Kemal Dinçer is a physician specialized in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation, known for his long-standing clinical and academic experience. He has extensive knowledge particularly in spinal disorders, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation. With the experience he has gained both domestically and abroad, he has pioneered many innovations in the field of physical therapy.

Dr. Dinçer aims to enhance functional recovery and quality of life by implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. He effectively utilizes modern treatment approaches in pain management, improving mobility, and helping patients return to their daily activities.

After his medical education, Prof. Dr. Kemal Dinçer focused on an academic career, served for many years as a faculty member at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, and also held the position of founding dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Kültür University.
